Nutrition is a key part of a child’s wellbeing.
Our in-house chef prepares seasonal, freshly cooked organic meals every day and can accommodate individual dietary needs.
Children take part in simple food preparation — laying the table, cutting fruit and vegetables, and helping with cooking — building practical
skills and confidence.
We also run regular cooking activities to introduce children to healthy eating habits, fresh ingredients, and foods from different cultures.
By exploring diverse flavours and learning where food comes from, children develop curiosity, healthy habits, and respect for the world around
them.
