Nutrition is vital for a healthy, happy child and a key part of their wellbeing. Our in-house chef prepares seasonal, freshly cooked organic
meals every day for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks, accommodating individual dietary needs.
Children actively participate in simple food preparation — laying the table, cutting fruit and vegetables, and helping with cooking — building
practical skills and confidence. We organise regular cooking classes to inspire healthy eating habits, fresh diverse ingredients, and multicultural foods.
By exploring diverse flavours, learning where food comes from, and understanding that we are what we eat, children develop curiosity,
sustainable habits, and respect for the world around them.
